Big O Tires

Warning light still on. $160. 2 visits and still not fixed

The technician who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Dave and his team always take great care of me which keeps me coming back!

A few weeks ago my wife went in to get new tires and was mislead about the tire information.We both are unhappy we have had our suv back several times and still aren't happy.We would strongly recommend going somewhere else for your tire needs.

I have been Big O customer since 2007 . Never had any issue but this time I wasn't happy at all . Job was done like 30% . They put the shocks in but didn't check if they were done right or wrong . Didn't put the trunk Matt or clips back , just threw them in trunk . Had to go back to get all this fixed and had to leave my car for another day . I DONT THINK I WILL GO BACK .

No one tried to hassle me or sell me things I did not need or want. They got me in-and-out so I could go about my day quick and easy. I can always trust this big O tire location to not try to swindle me. There 100% about work getting the job done and satisfying their customers through speed, Professionalism and efficiency. Hi trust them over any other big O tire location.

It was poor service the manager is cocky and and I will never go back there ever again.

I have been going to this big o for service and buying tires for I know most 7 -8 Or 9 years. Dave Nick and Robbie always treat me good and give me the best value for my money. This time I needed trailer tires for a little trailer I haul a lawn mower on. They did not have them in stock I didn't expect them to have them in stock so I dropped off the wheels and tires one day and within a week they had them mounted and fixed for me.

Love that they had fresh coffee & tv to watch while i was waiting. The guys always go above and beyond to help & solve problems.

You guys always do your best to explain exactly what you are doing to someone like me who knows nothing about cars. You guys rock!!!
