Big O Tires

They were very busy on a Friday afternoon, but the waiting time wasn't too long. They have free coffee and a TV, but not a single newspaper or magazine to read. I may take them some used magazines and see if they would keep a few in the waiting area. Always a nice experience at 'my' Big O. Thanks. Sue

Great and fast service

Out standing service. Dave and crew go the extra mile. We have purchased tires for our car and truck and service work done at this location for over five years.

Staff were attentive and polite. Was able to make the appointment and completed in a timely manner. The service was well preformed and it’s amazing how well the vehicle rides and drives with my new tires

Overall, my experience with this BigO has been very good lately. All of the upfront personnel do a great job! I come to this location every time I need an oil change or need tires, or brakes, etc.. Phillip Deboard has helped me many times, he does an excellent job explaining what is needed, the cost, how much time is involved. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. It is people like this that keeps me coming back!

I arrived for my appointment and the gentleman at the desk (Philip Deboard) was extremely polite and professional. He brought my air filter and showed me that it needed to be changed and the cost. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

I have two vehicles that I have serviced at Big O. One has Big O tires and one does not. The vehicle that does not has not needed new tires. I recently took this vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. My local dealer had the foresight to rotate the tires on this vehicle free of charge. Because of this foresight this vehicle will also have Big O tires when the time comes.
