Dave at the Scottsburg store always takes care of our family. I can trust them & know that they did a good job.

I did a review about a week ago about a stripped lug bolt while my tires were getting rotated at the Scottsburg In. store. For that review I would like to apologize to the manager/owner and the employees. A few days after the posting I found out origin of the problem had nothing to do with Big O. A previous owner of my Ford Ranger had installed aluminum wheels and used the lug bolts for the steel wheels. It was the smaller lug nuts that started doing the damage. The owner of the store has agreed to replace the lug bolt and new lug nuts for all the wheels. That is nice but not fair to them, I will let them do the work but only if I pay something on the repair. James.

This appointment was for a second opinion regarding tuning up of the engine. I dropped my car off at a dealership for a. 95,000 maintenance check Including spark plugs) and complaint of the engine missing. And they called yesterday for me to pick up the vehicle and explained that they did not feel the car missing and that the diagnostic did not show any problem with spark plugs that it was firing just fine. I brought it to big O today. Dave drove the car and felt the same thing I felt. They changed the spark plugs and cleaned everything out and the car is running fine now. God is good! Thank you!11 I am thrilled!

The service was great. They called me to explain what I needed and the cost. The wait was reasonable and I felt the work that was done was great. The employees were very nice and friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

Date of Service: 02/14/18 First-time Big-O customer, but definitely not the last time! Dave helped me decide on which tires were appropriate for my wife's truck (He understood my concern about her and my son's safety on the road) as well as explaining the TPM system to me."� This took some time on a busy afternoon but Dave worked with me like I was the only job in the shop. It's gratifying to find a good shop with such excellent customer service that won't fleece you these days. I'll be doing all of my business at the Scottsburg location from here on out. I cannot recommend highly enough. A+ all around.

Phillip Deboard was very helpful and polite, he helped me on a prior visit a few months ago and was helpful then as well.

They are always nice and helpful to me. I appreciate their knowledge and help . I can stop by there anytime and get air in my tires, no problem. They are always nice

Robbery Palmer did an excellent job on my car. He also found other problems that my mechanic made. Thanks for all the great work.

I bought tires off of them about 9 months ago then a few days ago I discovered a nail in one. They fixed it for free.

Today I was told it was appointment only when I arrived. My husband suffered a stroke leaving me to take care of business. I had a flat tire that needed repair and it was my only day off. Robby Palmer worked me in and got me repaired in time to go to my doctors appointment. I had filled it up with air to make it to Big O and they found a nail in the tire. I am so grateful for him crunching me in.
