I came in to have a tire repaired due to a nail puncture. I pulled up to the door, a gentleman met me at the car, wrote down my problem and took the car to the garage to be repaired; all before I even walked in the door. What great service!! The were done and I was out of there before I could finish my cup of coffee.

Big is the place to go for anything to do with tires.

I always take my vehicles in to Big O Tires. Their service is ALWAYS EXCELLENT! I recently took one of my vehicles in to see if there was a problem. They checked it out & told me it was fine. That, to me, is INCREDIBLE! In the past I have had other Garages find a mythical problem & charged me to fix it. NO LONGER! Big O Tire in Corydon Indiana will ALWAYS be my Service Center for all my Vehicles Needs!!! In my opinion, you will NOT be disappointed in their Service.

I wont go to 10 minute oil change places because for the same price I get excellent service at Big O. I dont mind the extra few minutes because I dont have to waste my time wondering if they cross threaded something or forgot to put the oil cap back on. Those examples are from actual experience.

These folks really know what it's all about taking care of their customers. I had a tire with a slow leak and their method of payment to fix the tire was to make a donation to the Children's Cancer Fund. That in itself is amazing, then I go in and I am greeted in the parking lot by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone 4 hours earlier. So he takes my key fob and says I will take care of it. I went inside and was greeted by a nice lady and asked me how she could be of assistance. I explained to her what we were doing and that I wanted to donate to the Children's Cancer Fund and she was so thankful and appreciative for my donation, and I told her that I was so thankful that they were doing this. After they finished fixing my tire, which only took about 15 minutes I went outside and was greeted by the tech Wayne G who was very friendly telling me I was good to go. I asked him how he fixed my tire, and he spent the next 5 minutes telling me exactly how he fixed it and even showed me what he used to fix it with and demonstrated it as well. He clearly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I thank him for that. Now if it seems like I am babbling, I probably am but I have been involved in corporate customer service for 30+ years and these folks at Big O Corydon are clearly doing something right and deserve to be recognized for a job well done. I will recommend them to everyone and hope you give them a shot I really don't think you will be unhappy... JD

Big O is the best place for car service and of course tires. Any Big O is awesome because when traveling any issue with Big O tires is solved immediately. The staff in Corydon Indiana is wonderful. If Ken and his staff say something, bank on it.

During my travels I've used several different Big O stores. My home store in Corydon Indiana is by far the best. Why? The staff has been by far the friendlies. They go out of their way to take care of their customers. More then once they have handled easy repairs at no charge, even on non-Big O tires. They know if they treat people right they will come back. I have numerous stores and could write a good deal about it, but there is no need. The Corydon store is the best Big O store, and of course the best tire store anywhere, hands down.
