I am a first time customer and plan to recommend this Big O Tire location. I had a flat before business hours. The crew was courteous and very helpful with my issue. I received quick and quality service. They just gained a new customer.

I had a coolant leak that was difficult to see and had a misfire when idleing.Tech said I had a cracked head or block.He said I would need a new engine!!. I got a second opinion.Turned out it was coolant outlet pipe to the throttle body.I'll never go to this place again.Period!!! I would rate this place with no stars or one but lowest it would let me rate it was 2 stars. I have been to this garage several times before and had good luck but this is totally unacceptable to be that far off.

I have bought tires from BigO for years,exclusively at the Corydon store for 6 years. Staff( from sales to the garage) are very friendly,knowledgeable and always make you feel at home. I'm never pressured into buying anything or extra services. I always have my 4 year old with me and like like fact they kinda do a 'once over' on what I bring in and mention if they may see something that may or may not be an issue....makes me feel like our safety is important to them.

I have been a loyal customer to the Corydon Big-O for over 10 years. Unfortunately, I wasn't greeted by a Big-O employee as I have been in the past under the old management. Additionally, the service was scheduled by an appointment which took much longer than I anticpated and there was no air conditioning in the waiting area. Customer service needs improvement.

This place is always awesome. They let you know when you need something on your car. The service is the best by far. The people are great!

I hate giving this review, because Kenny and Jiff have always been so great to me and my family. I made an appointment for new shocks and struts and then called the morning of appointment to ask if came in earlier could I go ahead and get work done, unfortunately I was told absolutely no problem (Michael or Matt). Drove 40 minutes there and wasted over two hours and never got truck serviced.

New set for our daughter who left for college last week. We felt relieved to know that she would be safer on the road while traveling back & forth from there to home (hopefully now more than last year)

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Job was not completed. When I questioned the rotation, I was told it was completed.

I think the stars speek for me. I get all my tires from Big O.

I would not recommend anybody to ever go to this place for anything. They damaged part of my rack n pinion on a wheel alignment job in which cost me a new rack n pinion that should have never had to be replaced if they did the job right. They turn around and say that we didnt cause the damage and wont pay back the costs of repair even though they left the alignment nut loose that caused damage to the threads on the rack n pinion part. They apparently have people working for them that dont know what they are doing. They also broke off a lug nut bolt off of my brother in laws car that they never did replace. Their slogan is a bunch of BS when saying a name you can trust...... which is a lie.

Had a $49.99 back to school oil change. Included tire rotation, two new front windshield wipers and fluid cap off. Ha ha. Wanted $74.42 plus tax. I had some words about it. Told me they used better wipers. Should they not have asked me. They knocked off $10, so total was $68.82 . I did even want tire rotation that was included. I thought it was going to be $53.49. At least I could pay it.
