Took my Mazda Prodege in thinking I needed a tune up and possibly more work done. It was a pleasant surprise when they said I didn't need a tune up and a minor fix later the car runs just like new. Thank you for being honest.

Tom and Jose are always great. Tom took care of the oil change and explained that my brakes were good and gave some advice on the engine.

I was highly satisfied with how easy it was to schedule an appointment but I was also highly impressed with the quality of the customer service. What was going on with my car was explained to me extremely well and it was far above my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this Midas location.

Jose was very patient, understanding and empathetic to me, and didn't treat me as a nuisance when I asked a lot of questions. I appreciate how he took his time to explain to me, and how he provided such efficient, and quality customer care and car repair care. The repairs didn't take too long considering the extensive repairs needed.
