Midas

Ive used Midas in the past for a other mechanical issues and today I received an oil change and tire rotation. I still rate them as Excellent

I was greeted warmly even though I was a little late. I was listened to when I described possible problems they may find. I was quoted a price which was reasonable. I did not feel pressured or shamed for my vehicle problems. My car was ready when I returned. I was given pictures for concerns that I can address. I was sent text to address how the service was going.

I appreciate honesty and feel I get that here. Plus great service

Done the job very professionally

Andy at Midas did a great job in one hour to replace the steering wheel on my car with a custom one. Just an example of the many different things they can do at Meridian Midas.

Staff took care of my needs without trying to upsell a ton on things I didn't need.
