Such nice guys and done well and quickly!

I was on time for my oil change and they got me in immediately. I always wait for my car, and they informed me that it would be approximately 30 to 45 minutes, and it was done in that amount of time. Very friendly and the lobby and restroom were clean which is a plus.

I tried twice to schedule online with the previous location I've used in Port Orchard and never had a call back. I tried calling the location but there was no answer or way to leave a message. I then called Olympia, where the call was answered and I was able to schedule an appointment for that same week.

I had received services done on my 2016 Kia Soul to have the axles replaced along with the shock absorbers and brakes. Needless to say my car runs like new :)

The front office staff was extremely helpful when the service was done he let me know other services that I may need in the future, but was realistic on the time frames so he didn’t make me feel like I had to urgently do something but gave me prices so I can plan for it
