When I contacted Midas the appointment process was very simple and easy to schedule. I was able to schedule the oil change appointment for the following morning. Upon arriving for my scheduled service, they took my vehicle in right away. Brittany was very courteous, asking if I would like coffee, since it was a chilly morning. And when speaking with me regarding my vehicle, she explained everything very throughly and professionally. Thank you!

Todd Wade was very professional and kind to explain everything done to my vehicle and also made me aware of the other services needed soon and went through them in detail. This is my first time here and by far the best service I have ever received in auto shop. Midas provides superior service compared to Pep Boys and Jiffy Lube where I used to take my car for oil changes and other car services.
