It took 2 1/2 hours to replace a tire. It wasnt even that busy. We watched the mechanic eat a burrito while he just stared at the car. Been there before for a similar issue, with a similar amount of other customers and it took way less time, like 30 minutes. Not sure why they were slacking this time.
