Oil change was fairly fast and customer service was good.

I was quoted $800 on the phone after my car was looked at. the final price when I picked it up was over $1000. Drop off was okay, straight to business. When they called they said it would be $800-850 out the door, when I got there to pay it was a totally different price. When I went to pick up the car the lady who helped me was very rude, didn’t explain anything just asked for the card and put papers in front of me and said to sign, I didn’t know what was done to my car at this point other then what I was told on the phone and now a new total. When I asked a question she rolled her eyes and made a rude frustrated sound, then was snappy with another gentleman when he started to answer my question I still didnt know what was going on as she snatched the papers off the counter and started to argue with the guy who told her to go because she was being rude in front of a lobby of at least 4 other people waiting. I felt very uncomfortable so I left. When I called back later to discuss the price They just said they didn’t know who said that and offered a free oil change. I will not go back for the oil change free or not. I feel like I was taken advantage of and over charged.
