On my way to work from Overland Park, I was alerted that I had an under inflated tire. Based on recommendations from co-workers, I decided to stop by Big O Tires. I arrived at the store at 7:30 while the store was being set up. I didn't realize the store didn't open until 8:00. Despite this, several people went out of their way to let me know that they could help me. They checked me immediately. I appreciate that. I was able to arrive at work on time.
