I brought my car in to be looked at, it ended up having an issue they do not work on, but they still topped off the fluid it was low in and did not charge. They are always so friendly and reasonable in pricing! I’ll always come back to big O!

We had to purchase a couple of new tires from Big O's earlier this year thanks to the State of Kansas very poor effort in maintaining the highways and hitting a large pothole causing a blow-out. This was our second visit to Big O's in Gardner this year as we picked up a nail somewhere and had a slow leak. When I arrived on this visit, I was greeted by Billy and he quickly assisted me in getting my car in to have the tire repaired. The shop staff were quick to get my car in and tire repaired. Bryan assisted me in checking out once the car was finished and did so in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. All the staff I encountered, to include several guys working in the shop were very friendly and helpful. Since we had purchased the tire protection plan, there was no charge to having the tire repaired. I will definitely continue to use Big O Tires in Gardner, Kansas and would recommend them to everyone.
