I couldn't be happier with the service that I've received at this Big O Tire and Service. I judge a business on a multitude of factors but one of the most important factors is...how does this business handle mistakes? Well there was a mistake on a quote I had received. I have disc brakes in the back but was advised that they were drum brakes. I let them go for a lot longer due to this and when I went in to have my car serviced for the brakes I was informed of this. Not only did I receive new pads and rotors in the back for less than the amount I was originally quoted but I also got an alignment, an oil change, fluid check, and tire rotation to compensate. This was easily $100 of parts and labor that Big O gave me on account of the mistake of their tech previously. Mistakes happen, I make them all the time. It's how you fix the mistakes that matters most to me and as I said, I couldn't be more pleased. Just one of the many reasons that this Big O Tire and Service is the only place I take my vehicles to. You don't find businesses that are run this well every day. Thank you Billy and Les for making things more than right!

Took my 2003 Saab 9-3 to Big O Tires in Gardner Kansas to have my heater hoses repaired. As always with this store they got me in and out quickly (one hour) and did exactly what I asked for on my car. Great store, great people. That's why I keep coming back.

I went in looking for a new set of tires and really interested in the same tires that I had on my suv. The gentleman said that they were available to order and he could have them in by end of day for a noon installation the next day. Perfect! Came back in at my scheduled appointment and the crew had all 4 tires mounted, balanced, and installed in less than 45 minutes. Thank you so much guys and God Bless for having a great place in our little town of Gardner. :)

big o listened to the reason for the visit , examined car, and suggested the solution, they worked the car in, and completed the work quickly. when i got tires they even put a reminder in the car for free rotation without appointment. been going there for many years, and have recommended them to several acquaintances, including family. GO BIG O!!!
