Fast reliable only place I'll be getting my tires at from now on super friendly just all around great people to be around

I had a 9:00 appointment. I arrived at 8:00 and checked in. I was offered an alignment since I was getting new tires which I was wanting to get it was just offered before I could ask and it was super cheap. I was going to wait for my vehicle and was told 1.5 hrs and they got it right in and out very quickly.

i been going to Big O for quite a few years. I've purchased approximately 10 sets of tires for my SUV, trucks and RV. I had been Happy with their service and especially their recommending the best tire for my applications. I have not had any problems with the tires I have purchased. I will be buying new tires for my truck as well as a set for my RV before heading out on vacation this coming spring.

We had an emergency situation with our son's vehicle on a Saturday, and the day before he was to drive back to the Chicago area. We know how busy Saturdays are yet they still squeezed him in. They identified the problems, presented several options for repair/service, and completed everything in a short period of time. We SO appreciated everyone's efforts from the front desk to the service bay. Everyone was friendly and positive, even though we were unexpected customers on a very busy Saturday. We LOVE Big O in Gardner, KS! We recommend them to everyone and even our sons, both living out of state, prefer to schedule service with them when they are home!

Old store, not very fancy, but I love it. These guys know what they are doing and don't try any of the ways to make me spend more money than your newer, beautiful Big O stores. I moved but I still drive to this one.

They were quick to take care of my battery issue even though I didnt have an appointment and it was the lunch hour. They made me feel that taking care of my problem was as important to them as it was to me. It is nice to know that good customer service is still around.

I love this company. Everyone has always been so helpful and they get the job done and they do everything they can to offer the best rates. I have moved 4-5 times in the past five years and no matter how far I go, I always make sure I take my cars to Big O in Gardner.

I had an issue with a dead battery that needed to be replaced. They were very kind, quick and efficient when I showed up without an appointment, right at the lunch hour too. They made me feel like a valued customer rather than a nuisance. As a single elderly woman I really appreciate that I can trust that they will take care of me.
