Big O Tires

I've been going here almost 15 years ago when we moved to Gardner! The owner Led is very nice and had awesome customer service. This is why they are always busy. He has long time employees! They only do what you tell them and they back it up! I get great service everytime! Highly recommended!

They have always been upfront and honest about work that needs to be done. I have felt that the pricing is fair and that they don't recommend services or products that you don't need. Always friendly and fast with their service.

Last Thursday my 8 year old battery shot craps. Your man was out in less than half an hour to get me started. Then at your store, in addition to replacing the battery, they squeezed me in for a rotation and oil change which was due. Big O is a pleasure to do business with.

I visited this Big O location because it's close to my house and was very satisfied with my last appointment. I had picked up a screw in my tire and I knew that I had to work all Labor Day weekend, so I needed to get the tire fixed asap. I went in to this location with hope and a prayer they had a technician available to help me especially at 4pm on Friday. I went in to the store and asked the gentleman at the desk if it was possible to get a tire fixed, and he said sure no problem.....prayers answered. He took my information and keys, then relaxed for maybe 20 or so. The gentleman called my name and told me what I owed, I even inquired info on a new set of tires for my vehicle while I was checking out. I told him that I will keep it in mind and get back to him closer to fall/ winter, he please do and have a nice day. Thank you again and God bless!

Thus was a regular oil change and rotation, but the boys checked out a tire and a warning light.Without once making me feel incompetent.
