I recently purchased new tires. I scheduled the installation during my lunch hour. I was in and out in less than an hour. They recommended I come back after 50 miles to get the wheels re-torgued. I stopped back in the next day without an appointment was was back on the road in 5 minutes. We went on a 6-hour round trip with our 20-month old granddaughter that weekend and she was able to sleep the majority of the trip due in part because the tires were properly balanced. Thanks Big O'!

Jeff and his crew have been very good to work with and address your specific needs without trying to upsell you on things you don't need. That's a refreshing thing these days.
