Chris and David know what they're doing. I bought four new Nitto Motivo Tires which were priced fair, was given a great warranty and price. Best of all it took less than 30 minutes. I'll be back at Big O for an oil change and tire rotation the next time I need it!

They are the most friendly guys i have ever meet at a repair shop. They explained everything in detail making sure you understand what is going on.

I left Toyota dealership maintenance due to price and unfriendliness. So I found a new place to take my Toyota tundra and my Honda, because this is the service that I need that I get here.

They made a mistake and forgot to order my tires for my appt so they could not install until later in the day. They were very apologetic and tried really hard to make it up to me by driving me to and from my home so I would not have to wait. Best price too when I called around. Very happy with experience.

Shocks were installed quickly and properly. Truck drives likes likes new. Thank you
