Big O Tires

I've been taking my vehicles to Big O Tires in Gardner for many years.Their prompt service and quality employees set them apart.

These folks have been taking care of us for ten years. They've helped us repair or replace car tires, riding mower tires, even tractor tires! They're always busy but never too busy to be friendly and helpful.

I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE!!! They take great care of my car and, being a female I have NEVER felt that they were taking advantage of the fact that my knowledge is limited when it comes to my car. Fast, friendly and honest- seriously the best!

Great service with small town feel: Les and Jeremy are ALWAYS very helpful. Appointments,service questions, small talk doesn't matter why I'm there; they make me feel welcomed and the quality of the work done is why I ONLY go to their Big O shop for my vehicle maintenance needs. They have made me a customer for life.

We have been to Big O for tires and have always been pleased with the service. Today my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over and checked the tires and one of them had an issue with the valve. I took it in to Big O (without an appointment) and told the technician what was going on and he said it sounded like the valve was loose. He got a tool, tightened it up and had someone check and fill all my tires. When I went in to pay he said no charge. The whole operation took 5-10 minutes but I am sure some less reputable repair shops would have charged me and maybe even made it sound like a big deal. I have never felt like the people at Big O sold me something I didn't need or fixed something that didn't need fixing. Will go back! Thanks a bunch!!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When examining my car, technician discovered a couple other items that were in need of repair. He called me first and talked to me about the cost if I fixed it today and also an approximation as to how long I could go till it needed to be done. Very nice about it. I had them fix everything that day and the final bill was lower than I expected. As always, I was very pleased with my experience at Big O Tires in Gardner, KS.

they are eager to please, and do!! if they notice anything that may cause future problems, they will make you aware. they seem to be able to do whatever is needed, and on short notice.

Tire insurance is a must. Well this is the second time I've been saved by the tire insurance.

Y'all are always so good to me and my family! Even if y'all aren't certain of the issue our cars have y'all continue to investigate until the issue is resolved. All the while being so kind!!!!
