Big O Tires

I have been going to Les and his team with all of my families vehicle needs for 20 years. They always greet me by name, they drop me off at work, they always call me before doing any work to my vehicles and they never do work that is unnecessary. Les has even come to my house to patch a flat tire so I could get to work. My daughter moved to Colorado and she even gets maintenance done on her vehicles when she comes home to visit because she trusts Les and his team to take good care of her. I can't imagine not having them in Gardner. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and my family :-)

Great bunch of people always easy to deal with

These guys are awesome. I thought I was screwed, had a bad flat, they had me fixed up and out of there in 20 minutes. Super friendly, seems like a great, competent bunch of folks.

Wife's new car, had a free oil change at dealership but chose to have Big O to do the first service on her car because they will service it for how ever long we own it

Great and friendly service

We had went to another provider who had recommended multiple things needing done. Big O reviewed items we asked about and recommended one of the items being done and at half the price of the big company we went to......stay with the local guys.

People at the local Big O always provide excellent service. My recent tire change and tire rotation were done quickly and efficientlyLast spring I purchased 4 new tires for my Kia Soul in Gardner, KS. While traveling in AZ this summer I shredded one on a rugged back road. I had it replaced at the Big O in Kingman, AZ and was pleased the only charge was for installation. The tire was covered by a road hazard warranty. While there I also had the oil changed. Great Service there too.

They diagnosed my problem over the phone, got me a quick appointment and finished the work quickly and at a fair price. Everything works great now.

Only problem was your phone was not cooperating. I drove out and found out I had to make another trip.

I have been using Big O for over 10 years. For lots of different repairs and tires. I have never had a bad experience with them. I would prefer anyone to them for tires or auto repairs. Or even just questions

A pot hole took out my left front tire. Big O ordered the replacement tire and installed it the next day, which was great. Unfortunately, someone decided to steal the bluetooth earbuds I had in my console.

I have used Big O in Gardner for 14 years!They are always great to deal with!Prices are fair, advice on tires is greatly appreciated.I will miss Jeremy!Always recommend them when the opportunity arises!
