Les, Billy, Jeff, and the whole gang at Big O Tires in Gardner are doing it right. Tires and repairs on a car can be an intimidating purchase or transaction for someone with little, to no knowledge. When you talk to the team, you feel like they are being genuine with you and they take the time to explain everything & even answer questions. And as you wait for your vehicle, you can witness that they treat everyone that way. There were many options to choose from when selecting tires and can be somewhat overwhelming. Billy took the time to explain the various options, he offered his recommendation based on his experience, and in the end I felt like I was getting the best value at Big O Tires after calling & visiting many others shops in town. I brought my car in to have a repair done on the brake lights. After the previous service at Big O Tires, my brake lights would stay on even when I turned the car off. Big O Tires went above and beyond to address this concern without charging me a penny. I am thankful for Big O Tires and the level of service they provide.

Big O has been doing the oil changes, tire rotations and any problems that have come up with my car since it went out of warrenty in 2009.Always frendly, never have to wait for appointments.Usually can get in the same day that I call or the next day.

Once again, Big O in Gardner did not disappoint. called early in the day to have tires rotated and oil changed but didnt have an appt. Billy told me to just drop it off and they would work it in. Was called less than 2 hours after dropping it off with everything done. Also just got new tires for another vehicle and Billy worked with me to find the best quality and price available. Cannot beat the hometown courtesy
