Big O Tires

Took my daughter's car in to find out why A/C was not working right. I took it to the right place. Chris had it corrected in no time and for a reasonable price. Big O is the best around as far as I'm concerned.

My tire was not salvageable and they gave me the option of purchasing a used tire or a new one. They ordered the tire and installed it the next day.

I came in last week for a new set of tires. I got an excellent price on a great set of tires. However, there was a manufacturer defect in one of the tires. Les put a tire on for me to use until the defective tire was replaced. I came back on my next day off and the the new tire was put on as scheduled. It has been my experience that problems will arise and that is a fact of life. Running a business is easy when every thing is going smoothly. But when a problem arises, the great companies have an opportunity to set themselves apart. Big O did exactly that. They are a great company! Also, they gave me a $20 gift certificate for my next oil change. I am a customer for life. Thank Les Dan Sill
