My car rides so much better! They stayed right up until closing time to get the job done. The alignment was checked by KIA just a week later and your store was complimented that the alignment could have been any better! Thank you!

All is well except for that loud sound in the back of my suv when I put on brakes. I was told that when there is dirt or wet roads this can happen.

They were very efficient and did a great job getting us in on short notice!

I love Big O Tires in Gardner Kansas! Always excellent and honest service. I called in the morning about a nail in my tire and they gave me an appointment for after work. Very personable on the phone and I informed them I was traveling out of state for the weekend and needed to have this tire checked. Not only did they fix my tire, but because of the information I had provided them on the phone, the rotated my tires and checked all my fluids at no charge. Since I don't have car knowledge, I am nervous every time something goes wrong with my car. Big O is always honest and upfront with me and I never question their opinions.

Big O tires in Gardner is the only place that I go for tire needs and alignments. They have great service, always fast and friendly.
