Big O Tires

I can't brag on the Gardner Big O crew and staff enough. Each of them from the shop to the front desk are so kind and don't make me feel like I'm not so "mechanically inclined" when they speak to me and they are just the most trusted group I trust my car with. Kudos to you for not making fun of my "I don't speak your language but I trust you will not lead me astray" professionalism. I appreciate each one of you.

Positive Experience

Stopped in and needed tires on my trailer so I could help a friend move. Needed 4 tires mounted and balanced in two hours. They had three of the size I needed in stock. They worked their magic and got me a fourth tire, got me in and I drove away a happy man. This is the third time I've used this place and have not been disappointed. Use them!

Bryan did an excellent job in following up with me for pricing and ordering the tires for my wife's car while they were on sale. He also went above and beyond a couple of weeks ago, wrong brakes were sent from Napa, he loaned me his truck so I could drive to my doctor appointment @ Olathe Med. while they waited for correct parts to arrive and finished brake job!
