We had to purchase a couple of new tires from Big O's earlier this year thanks to the State of Kansas very poor effort in maintaining the highways and hitting a large pothole causing a blow-out. This was our second visit to Big O's in Gardner this year as we picked up a nail somewhere and had a slow leak. When I arrived on this visit, I was greeted by Billy and he quickly assisted me in getting my car in to have the tire repaired. The shop staff were quick to get my car in and tire repaired. Bryan assisted me in checking out once the car was finished and did so in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. All the staff I encountered, to include several guys working in the shop were very friendly and helpful. Since we had purchased the tire protection plan, there was no charge to having the tire repaired. I will definitely continue to use Big O Tires in Gardner, Kansas and would recommend them to everyone.

These guys are wonderful, I have been coming here for 20 years! The only issue I had with my most recent visit is that they replaced the swaybar link ends without calling me first. Usually I get a call with the diagnosis and cost to give approval before they proceed, that did not happen this time.
