Had a nail in my tire. Fixed it fast and everyone was very friendly.

Thanks for getting the nail out of my tire! I wasn't sure it was repairable given that this was the second time in just a few weeks that I've had it in there to be patched. It's always possible to run over a nail though! You guys are the experts and very trustworthy! Thank you so much!

Took my 2003 Saab 9-3 to Big O Tires in Gardner Kansas to have my heater hoses repaired. As always with this store they got me in and out quickly (one hour) and did exactly what I asked for on my car. Great store, great people. That's why I keep coming back.

i call on the phone to set up an appointment...they arrange the schedule to fit my schedule...i take the vehicle in...they repair the issue...they call me...i pick the vehicle up...no hassle/fuss/or difficulties...very friendly and proficient...couldn't ask for anything more thanks...

big o listened to the reason for the visit , examined car, and suggested the solution, they worked the car in, and completed the work quickly. when i got tires they even put a reminder in the car for free rotation without appointment. been going there for many years, and have recommended them to several acquaintances, including family. GO BIG O!!!

I am happy with their great job and honest with us. I'm glad they found little trouble in my car and fix it faster. I took my car to other shop and had alignment fix twice in less five months u til I brought mine in at big I tire they fix it and it went much better and now I feel confident in driving my car.

We had to purchase a couple of new tires from Big O's earlier this year thanks to the State of Kansas very poor effort in maintaining the highways and hitting a large pothole causing a blow-out. This was our second visit to Big O's in Gardner this year as we picked up a nail somewhere and had a slow leak. When I arrived on this visit, I was greeted by Billy and he quickly assisted me in getting my car in to have the tire repaired. The shop staff were quick to get my car in and tire repaired. Bryan assisted me in checking out once the car was finished and did so in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. All the staff I encountered, to include several guys working in the shop were very friendly and helpful. Since we had purchased the tire protection plan, there was no charge to having the tire repaired. I will definitely continue to use Big O Tires in Gardner, Kansas and would recommend them to everyone.

Big O was one of the tire places friends recommended to replace my trailer tires after I had a blow out.I don't know what made me decide to use Big O, but it was the best decision.Not only did I need new tires, but I also needed to have my bearings repacked before hauling horses again.Big O repacked my bearings and replaced my tires in less than an hour even though I had not scheduled the extra work.I'll be back!!
