Waited for vehicle but a longer wait then I anticipated. They did job well but should've dropped vehicle off. Next time

Bryan did an excellent job in following up with me for pricing and ordering the tires for my wife's car while they were on sale. He also went above and beyond a couple of weeks ago, wrong brakes were sent from Napa, he loaned me his truck so I could drive to my doctor appointment @ Olathe Med. while they waited for correct parts to arrive and finished brake job!

I don't think I was greeted at my car. Came in early. Was treated like I expected to be treated. Good job. WHAT REALLY MAKES ME MAD IS THAT I AM NOT HAROLD SPILLMAN. I AM HIS WIFE LINDA, SPENDING MY OWN MONEY ON MY TIRES AND NOT ACKNOWLEDGED IN ANY WAY. THAT MAKES ME WANT TO BUY TIRES SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!

Been coming for 15 years. Would be foolish to go elsewhere.
