I have been using Les and his team for years to work on all of my vehicles. Tires can be an expensive purchase anywhere, but with Les' team, you actually feel like you are being taken care of. I will only have this team work on my vehicles because I can fully trust them.

I've been getting our cars serviced here for 10+ years and have never been disappointed.

I recently purchased new tires. I scheduled the installation during my lunch hour. I was in and out in less than an hour. They recommended I come back after 50 miles to get the wheels re-torgued. I stopped back in the next day without an appointment was was back on the road in 5 minutes. We went on a 6-hour round trip with our 20-month old granddaughter that weekend and she was able to sleep the majority of the trip due in part because the tires were properly balanced. I had purchased 8 drive tires for my dump truck in April and due to a manufacturer's defect 4 needed replaced by August. Les made the adjustment and replacement process as painless as possible. -Life Long Customer

I researched tires everywhere in my area. the Big O in Gardner, Ks was worth the small drive from Overland Park, Ks. Very competitive price and great selection of brands. I chose Mesa brand for my vehicle. The service, quality, and friendly staff were top notch. And I really like the tires.

It's hard to find an auto repair garage that you feel comfortable with these days, but you can feel comfortable with Big O Gardner! Jeff and his crew have been very good to work with and address your specific needs without trying to upsell you on things you don't need. That's a refreshing thing these days. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their car care needs.
