Big O Tires

Tire sensor light came on...stopped to get tires checked. Nail in the side wall. Received credit for existing tires and got four new tires. Please with the outcome.

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked and it was found that I really needed brakes now. I had previous estimates that were higher than what Big O had said it would be, so I had them do the work.

My truck in for front end alinment last week, great service and truck runs much better.

Went in without a appointment for a tire rotation and was done under 1/2 hour.

I was happy with the service I received as well as being able to use a coupon for the oil change; however, I did notice some residue smudges on the inside of my car when I picked it up on the driver's side door.

I will never take my vehicle any where else! Les and his team are amazing! You can tell Les treats his workers amazing and they all treat there customers that way too! They show you the old parts etc that are bad before the change them so you know and explains stuff well too!!! They are fast and very sufficient!

Had to take it back. They didn`t balance the tires when they put them on.

They took the car in on time, found and corrected the issues we had been having with our tires and had us on our way.
