Professional shop with excellent customer service. On this visit, the new battery ($123) did not fix my blinking headlight/blinking dashboard light problem.

Invoice stated that the lights were checked but when I pulled out of the shop I found out my daytime running light and low beam on left side were both out. This was not stated on the invoice.

I have been working with Tim at Big O's for years. They are very professional and take the time to go over every detail with the customer. I have purchased 4 sets of tires and wheels over the years and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them for all you tire and wheel needs.

Overall I have liked my experience with Big O. However, recently brought my car in to have tires checked. I bought the tires through Tire Rack 10 months (19k) miles ago and had Big O put them on. 3 of the 4 were no longer good and your representative and I knew it was due to faulty tires. Your guy there was very kind, but rather than assist with dealing with tire manufacturer to return, etc. he just said we are not responsible for the tires and I would have to deal with them on my own. I certainly understand that Big O was not responsible for the tires since I got them through Tire Rack (will never do again by the way), but would have been nice to get some help and might have gained a permanent customer. Instead I spent a few hours on the phone with the manufacturer who gave me a list of hoops I would need to jump through including returning the tires via UPS and then would still only get a prorated refund. After explaining to them no one would do all these things and their warranty on their product is a scam I said forget it and just walked in to a nearby tire shop on my way home from work. When I explained what had occurred to this shop, they told me no problem and they would give me a refund on the spot and would handle all of the return work on their end. Because of this I bought a new set of tires through them (different brand) just for the customer service and they had nothing to do with the faulty tires. Again, it wasn't that Big O did anything wrong at all and were very courteous. It was just that others are willing to go the extra mile to assist a customer alleviateing a great deal of hassle. I thought the service was acceptable but want happy that I dropped my car off at 11:00 for an oil change and tire rotation and didn't get a call until 15 min before they closed. With my wife just leaving to run an errand and a 4 month baby at home I didn't think that waiting until the last minute was acceptable. If it truly did take 2 hours and 45 min to perform this work then it would have been nice to get a phone call when they started the work so I could have been sure to have had the time to get there. I did make it in about 5 min before closing but not the most professional.

I had them rotate tires and change the oil. I smelled burning oil and assumed it was a residual (drop) on my exhaust. Later that day I noticed oil drips as I backed out of my driveway. When I returned I noticed a large oil slick at the site where my vehicle sat before I moved it. I prefer to wait a little longer than clean up.

Did not give the 70 dollars off for a set of 4 tires then tried to up the prices of parts they said were bad by over 3 times the price. So no I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

We have been coming here since we moved to the Gardner area back in 2000. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable and point out things you need to watch for in the future. They try to work you in on to meet your schedule, and I would rate them to everyone.

I normally have good workmanship I dropped of my truck overnight for service next day. I had check off oil change, front wheel alignment, and fill exhaust fluid level. This is the second time for note getting the fluid level filled. You charged me $3.00 and the level is the same. Not good

I had great customerservice on getting a leaking tire fixed until the next day when I realized it wasn't fixed and is still leaking.

I had a flat tire on the highway. I had the tow truck take me directly to Big O. And as soon as they unhooked my car from the tow truck the employees at Big O or working on my tire. It was amazing. I was back on the road in no time

I hate to even write this... I have ALWAYS had exceptional experiences at Big O in Gardner! I never worry about being taken advantage of as a single gal, but I am a bit miffed about my last experience on 10/9/17. I called on 10/5/17 to see if I could get one of my 3 vehicles in to review why the engine light was on in my 2007 Honda Pilot. I was given a 11a appt time for Monday, 10/9/17. No problem. I had my 22 yo son bring it in. He was told the appt was at noon. Now, granted, everyone makes mistakes... but I KNOW it was 11a as I put it on my google calendar while still on the phone. On 10/9, the staff were accommodating by getting the vehicle in close to 11a. My son was told it was simply out of oil. Now, was I due for an oil change? No. But I went ahead and approved the oil change. However, I'm not sure anyone checked anything else. The VSA light and engine light are STILL on. I run 3 companies and my time is limited. I work in the auto industry and am meticulous about my car maintenance. Perhaps, it was an oversite. But I brought it to you at Big O because I trust you. Now, I am unsure how I will feel safe to travel this weekend out of town in this vehicle. Please feel free to call me if you need/want to discuss further. thank you- Tonya Vernon 913-522-1873
