In general, the service was good. The manager lost my contact information, so I had to follow up to make sure the battery I ordered came in. That was disappointing, but the actual service work was good.

There was no wait, by the time I walked in the tech had already pulled up my info from seeing my license plate. Service was very quick and tech was friendly.

The only real issue I had is that I have bought tires from Tires plus for the last 20 years and only Tires plus. I had a bad experience that morning while going to buy new tires and I decided I was done at Tires plus. While shopping for tires Big 0 had a good price on the internet. I called the store to make sure they had the tires and I was told they did and that since I was on the phone they would schedule it. When I got there the price was higher than what the internet price was, he came down some but still was still $60 higher for everything included. I had talked to another Big 0 as well and they would have honored internet pricing but didn't have the tires. So again here I am wondering is Big 0 going to be my new Tire shop...... You got me for $60 high 5 but will you get me again.

This Big O service center are very knowledgeable, I have a Big O closer to were I live, but to travel the extra 8 miles to this one is more customer friendly and I trust this more.

We always use Big O. Since we moved to Overland Park we have had an opportunity to get to know Nolan. He is kind, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. I wouldn't bring our 5 cars to anyone else!

Enjoy your staff there. However they seem hand cuffed by lack of inventory and corporate policy regarding mounting tires purchased over the internet. We have a fleet, pricing is a must. When been getting tires here for most of our companies 15 year history.

I had an appointment I was already they were able to get me in right on time. Pretty decent service. The guy at the front desk was not rude but not real friendly either.

There were no issues with the service, we did have an issue afterwards with traction control and they asked us to come back do they could check it out. We're pretty sure its from tpms sensors all being dead

I brought my car in on Saturday afternoon. The gentleman working the counter was clearly flustered & complained the entire time to myself & the other customers. I was quoted a repaired car by the following day. Later that evening I was called with the news that what we thought was wrong, was not in fact wrong. The car was repaired & could be picked up anytime. Comments were made about whomever had repaired the car previously not being knowledgeable. Ironically, the repairs were made at another Big O. When I showed up the next day to get my car, the repairs were not completed & the mechanic assigned my car had not shown for work. The store manager was very apologetic. The tech showed up two hours late. The car was repaired & the manager gave me a discount. I appreciated the manager's customer service, but, the other staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I have always loved the service I've received at Big O. Back home, they were my go to! I relocated to KC MO a month ago & while I would love to continue to choose them for service, I will consider driving the three hours back to my previous hometown to insure proper service. Unless that isn't feasible, of course! I am thankful to the store manager & that my car seems to be repaired!

I came in with I thought was a repairable flat tire, the manager Nolan was very respectable, made my visit efficient and cost effective. I was wrong, he showed me the inside damage to the tire and answered my questions. I was impressed with how he spoke to the technicians, I had asked to have the new tire replaced with the back tire (2wd) when I left the office, I could tell it hadn't been done, I was able to call Nolan and have the tires fixed the next morning immediately before my work schedule (accomodating). I will be doing business with Nolan again if I have any mechanical issues.

This store was severely understaffed. Roy, whom I believe was the Manager, had to go out in the shop to work as he was by himself... meanwhile no one was in the lobby....I had to call the store to let Roy know I was there to pick up my car.

Yes everybody there was really nice and really good service they actually fix the problem it was actually pulling to the left a little bit and they redid the alignment for free

I came to Big O with a few issues that had presented in my car. The team offered to inspect my vehicle at no cost and evaluate the problems. From their evaluation I could tell that they were honest and presented the most cost effective solution to me. I had a tire, alignment, and front end issue that had been bothering me for months and I thought it would cost way more than what it did. The team was diligent, honest, and fast. I'll absolutely return if I ever need any further work done. Thank you Mike and Nolan!
