When I first walked in, the computer system was down and I ended up leaving. I called back about 2 hours later and was informed they were up and running by Brett. I brought in my truck for an alignment, which i had just put on new tie rods. I picked up and it was like my old truck was brand new...outstanding! Thanks Brett and the alignment tech for the great job.

I TOOK MY TRUCK AND JEEP IN FOR OLF AND WAS TREATED QUIT WELL. SERVICE WAS QUICK AND INVOLVED. THEY INFORMED ME OF OTHER ISSUES THAT WERE FOUND. I WAS NOT PRESSURED TO DO THEM. I DID HAVE OTHER ITEMS TAKEN CARE OF. GOOD JOB FOLKS.

They got it right, finally, and once again I'm a happy customer who will be returning to THIS location for future service. That being said, I wish it took only (1) visit instead of three but Tim the Manager did his research and used his automotive technical knowledge to get to the bottom of the problem. It's why I go to automotive experts for car repairs and they come to my physicians for their health care - They Know Cars And Parts, We Know Bodies And Parts. Thank you Tim and Big O Tires!!!

I was highly satisfied that although the outlet is only open from 8:00 - 5:00, I called there at 8:05 a.m. ans Nolan said, "Sure, we can fit you in. Come on by."

I like this Big O the service is excellent the staff is great. Theirs a Big O tire center in Shawnee closer to were I live. The staff is not as friendly as this one. I drive the extra miles for better servi ce and people I can trust.

I had an alignment and four new tires put on my car. The only problem I had was that they didnt air ANY of the four tires correctly. They just put enough air in them to make them look good. The tire pressure was way off. One tire was 31% another tire was 37% another tire was 33% and another one was 34%. I couldnt believe it. I didnt realize it until I got off work and my front tires looked really low. I immediately went to air them properly.

I went in for the Buy 2 Get 2 Free Tire deal on Sunday 11/17. The store did not have my tire size in stock nor did any other local stores. They could order 4 tires to arrive in a few days at a cost of $680 which is not exactly a bargain as you have to buy a whole package to get the 2 free tires. I declined the offer and had oil changes done on my car and my son's car, which took an hour and a half! Not overly impressed with the service on this visit!

There was only one guy at the front desk so he had to answer multiple phone lines and help any customers. I had an appointment scheduled online, which he didn't look up so I had to correct my address after it should have already been done. I asked for a quote on a future service and did not get it. The oil change was done quickly and as far as I can tell correctly, but they didn't put a new sticker on my window with the mileage. Although everything was just adequate, I think things could be stepped up a notch in order to keep customers.
