Big O Tires

They broke my inner fender rivets which lead to my inner fender falling off and getting ate up by my tire. When i called them to let them know they were pricks about it.

We weren't offered much of a choice of tire that they had in stock and they were all very expensive. We ended up having go with a the Big O Tire brand tire Bigfoot which was very poorly reviewed. But we only had 2 choices. We asked for an estimate for my wife's car's tires and they were also very high and not many choices. In the future we will go to Discount Tires where my wife got a set of tires for less than half of any of the quotes Big O Tires gave her and I really wish I had gone and gotten an estimate from Discount Tires too.

The manager was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly.

I was in there last Thursday the 30th, getting my oil changed and tires rotated; as I was sitting in the waiting room I was paid a visit by one of the service men (I believe John) he told me I had not back brake pads and was riding on the rotors and my front pads were just about gone. he said the back need replaced first and foremost and I would need pads and rotors for both front and back and if I did not get it done soon I would need calipers. My car had less than 50,000 miles on it, I thought it was odd that I needed that extensive brake job. I took it to a different shop for a 2nd opinion, I am glad I did! I did not need any of the brake job that he had described and quoted me. The back pads were a little warn but not enough to say I had no pads and riding on rotors. I will NOT be going back to this location or any location. I am very unhappy, I felt that I was being taken advantage of.

I was in store located @ 8400Nieman; Lenexa, KS; on Mon; July 22 @ 3:30 pm. Wanted tires checked, as light was on dash indicating low pressure. I also requested to have my tires rotated. The employee indicated tires were just low & no sign of damage. However, he refused to rotate them, telling me the two tires in rear were the best & that they should stay there & I needed to buy two new tires for the front. I responded that I had a front-wheel drive & the good ones should be in front. He responded that he couldnt rotate them as it was a safety factor & my car could hydroplane if the bad tires were in the back. Now I know I'm a woman & people try to take advantage when a woman comes into an auto/tire shop, but come on, I'm not stupid! I have always been a loyal customer @ this particular store. Not only have I purchased all my tires from u, but also had other repairs done that I have always been very satisfied. But this past Monday I walked out of your store very frustrated!!!! Not sure if I'll ever go back! Never did get my tires rorated!

Your many required item inspections were not needed, and wasted a lot of my time. I only wanted an oil change - nothing more. The advertisement I received in the mail and on your website for a $19.99 oil change was not honored, so the salesperson says - only $24.99 for synthetic oil only. False advertising - not good!!!

The service was terrific. Unlike regular repair shops, Big O Tires enjoys their work and lets you know what deals they have. They care about your circumstances and can understand when things don't go your way. They let you see what's wrong with your car, what you can do to fix it, and how they can help you. Whether its price dates or simply regular advice. They are friendly, helpful, smart, and very good at their jobs. I would highly recommend it!

On Tuesday I attempted to make an appointment online for a tire rotation that afternoon. When I didn't get a confirmation email, I called and was told there were no times open. I made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be nearly 2 hours, and that I should reschedule. I made another appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. I waited there for 7 full minutes for someone to show up to check me in. This is deplorable customer service. If I hadn't purchased my tires at NTB, I would not be coming back to Big O for service. How do you propose to win back my loyalty? We've been coming to the same store for over 30 years.

They have a new manager that is interested in getting your car fixed correctly, and for the right price. The last manager at this location ($ Months ago) gouge me for a set of brake rotors I did not need. He claimed there was metal on metal. I looked at the rotors AFTER they were replaced, and lo and behold, they were within specs. The new manager, and his new assistant actually got my car fixed, (Wobbly front end during braking) that had just started. They added wheel weights, and balanced the tires, and changed the oil, all within an hour. SO yes, I would definitely recommend them

The toilet didn't work. I had to correct the front desk, about the discount they offered me.
