Big O Tires

The worst experience I had in a long time. The gentleman who was at the counter says "what's up"� that was his way he greeted me. Very unprofessional and could care less if he had customers there. My vehicle had grease from the technician all over the motor and on the hood where he had greasy hands and shut the hood. Very disrespectful.

Did a good job for me. My vehicle drives great.

I was told I had a head gasket broken but really what was leaking was a plastic tube that snapped right on the surface of the engine. In inspection it was completely missed. This isn't the first time I've had issues. The last time I got my oil changed they completely skipped rotating my tires and then once they did my bolts weren't torqued down. Big O tires is no better than and jiffy lube and they take advantage of women.

Roy and the team were terrific! Very accommodating of our tight schedule and honest about the tire options for my daughter's car.

In June I paid to have my battery replaced, but this month the battery was dead during an oil change. the manager researched the issue and found that the battery that I had paid for was never replaced. during the oil change visit the current manager did replace the battery. after the oil change the change oil notification had not been reset and the sticker was the old sticker, was the oil really changed?? I probably will never use Big O Tire for ANYTHING except tires!

Excellent mechanic at this store. He keeps my business at BigO.

I sent a long description of all that went wrong with customer service. Basically: 1) Work was not complete until an hour after store closed on a Sunday; 2) two lug bolts were stripped by worker using an air wrench; 3) other worker tried to grind down the bolts; 3) lost wheel cap; 4) TPMS light was on and mechanic told me he filled the tires to spec as recommended by manufacturer 5) mechanic said TPMS warning would go off in 5-10 minutes of driving; 6) when I arrived home I found that tires that were supposed to be 35 PSI cold had 34.7, 34.4, 33.2 and 28.5 PSI hot. 7) was told to drive with Only 4 of 5 wheel bolts on from wheel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Excellent quick service

The maintenance light was left on after service was done. Upon asking to reset, I was told it was the check engine light. I verified with another shop it was not, when I called back, I was told they were very busy. Instead of telling me they couldn't reset it, they misinform me and make me think the engine had an issue and their master mechanic needed to check it. No sticker was left on the windshield with mileage or date of service. The receipt recommended wheel alignment and several services, but nothing was shown of an alignment check or why the car needed those additional services. The service is no where the same as it use to be.

I got extremely lucky in that a master mechanic was not busy at the time and he chose to help out by installing my new battery. That is customer service.

Went in at 10:30am.. Asked for 4 tires an front end alignment . Oil change. None never calls the mobile they ask for. so at 330pm I called and asked if truck was ready. When I got to the store only thing done was a Oil change. I was told they didn't recommend new tires.. Well both of the tires are bald and has cupping as I was told.. I had to listen to the store manager cuss and raise hell over the phone about being short handed. That's way I didn't get what I asked for when it came to what I wanted to my truck!!!!!! piss poor!!!!

Amazing service! Always polite and very professional! They get the job done very efficiently and effectively!

Forced my hand to spend money. Wont be back, worst service I've had.

My wife and I were traveling and stayed overnight in the Kansas City area only to find a flat tire in the morning. I put the spare tire on and we found a Big O store near us. They helped us solve our problem and got us back on the road. The staff was great and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I will never use you again. I am telling everyone I know not to either. I haven't had time but my yelp and google reviews are coming soon. You left my oil cap off and wrecked my weekend. I spent $30 in Uber's getting around and had to call a tow truck to move my car back to your shop. All you're willing to do to make it even is refund a $60 oil change? That hardly makes up for what I went through due to your incompetent mechanic - which by the way people make mistakes. It's your lack of ownership that makes me most upset.

I have had nothing but good service here, whether for new tires or simply adding air.

Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service. This has been the oil change from hell. Your service team did not replace the oil cap correctly yesterday. As a result, oil was burning all over the engine. I've been without a car for nearly 24 hours after having to get it towed back to your shop. I've spent money on Uber's to get transportation I needed without a car. The splash pad under the hood is soaked with oil. It is unclear if any engine damage has occurred as a result of this. I have requested a full refund for the service and labor I paid for yesterday (over $1,000) that resulted in this fiasco. I was offered a free oil change instead. What a joke. I will never bring my car back here for an oil change again. I will however tell every person I know to never use Big O for anything. You will find additional feedback on Yelp, Google, and wherever else I can find to post it

We had a travel trailer flat and the store went out of their way to expedite our flat repair and get us back on the road. This is one reason I am a big fan of Big O Tire. Frank

For the past decade I'd brought my car to NTB and referred many people there because I'd always been happy with their service. Unfortunately, that trend stopped as a result of my most recent visit to Big O Tires, due to their completely unsatisfactory response to my concerns about a malfunctioning alternator that NTB replaced less than 3 years ago. I've had to bring my car in to be checked out on 3 separate occasions due to my car either dying on the interstate or exhibiting other signs of malfunction. Clearly, this is not how a properly operating alternator should function, but no one there is willing to apply common sense or good customer service in trying to come to a satisfactory solution. So, I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

Appreciate the great customer service getting me in and out on a Sunday afternoon with new tires.
