I got me brakes checked and it was professionally and quickly done. I was very pleased.

We’re we’re able to get the oil change the same day I called. They were fast, friendly and very professional. I will be making another appointment soon.

I had tires put on my Nissan. They were expedient and they ride great. There was a rebate on the tires that I applied for and as of yet I still have not received. My tires are paid off and I will give Goodyear til 2-1-19 to make good on the rebate or I will escalate the matter to the top of the chain. I have no problem with Burnett Auto but if the promo rebate doesn't come through, it could be a reason not to go back.

Got an apt in a timely manner & when I took my car in they took car of it faster then I expected. Best they are friendly professional staff . They also answered all my question & addressed my concerns & explained in a way I could understand.

I always take my car and my work vans here for the last 30 years everyone is friendly and they really know their stuff.

The manager was extremely helpful and explained what was done in terms we could understand and even saved parts to show us how bad they were.

It was late on a Sunday afternoon, close to closing, I was looking for a location to inspect a used car I was planning to buy for my son. The staff was happy to help me get an inspection of the car done, when others were unable to. It was very helpful in making a decision on purchasing the car. Thanks Big O and staff!

Nolan had the guys look and fix my tire, that I didn't know had nails in it. It was done without appt, and late in the day.

Was able to have quick competent service with alignment services for a 4wd truck. Actually doing a correct alignment after having horrible service and an incorrect alignment at a local ford dealership!! Go figure. Good customer service and a friendly experienced technician who pointed out the incorrect settings and correctly fixed them. I'm a happy camper!!

I had a flat and they fixed everything quickly. They showed me the screw that did the damage and took care of everything with ease.

I bring my car here for tires, tire rotations, and oil changes. The front desk staff is usually quite friendly and they don't try to push me into buying things I don't need (which I appreciate). Service can be slow, which I think is a staffing issue, but otherwise it's a solid service place and I will continue to go here in the future.
