This is the second vehicle that I have purchased tires for at this Big O location in the last 6 months. Both times have been great. These guys know their business and do an excellent job to help you find the most economic tire that fits your need. Service is prompt and they get you in and out as quick as possible.

Nolan was extremely friendly and helpful. I truly trust him with my daughters car. If you were to lose him I’m not sure how I would feel. The only issue I had with my visit was your office / computer equipment speed. In this day in age where everything is a snap of a button to see someone struggle with broken printers and SLOW computers is crazy.! I will reiterate IN THIS DAY IN AGE it is hard to find any employee, let along great ones and Nolan is a great one. Please set these guys up for success!! The day is hard enough without customers getting annoyed with the time it takes for the computer to warm up, go pull up an account, to do anything.

the Shawnee store where I purchased my tires tried to scam me during my previous tire rotation, this location told me everything was fine with my car.

I had a slow leak in my left front tire. They fixed it. They found a screw! They rotated my tires as well. I was happy they were able to take care of me on Thanksgiving Eve!

Yes Tim the manager been working on our cars for years I know he will treat my good.Jack worked on my car this time I was very happy with the job they did.

They worked hard to help me even though extremely understaffed and manager had to do several tire changes and man the counter during my visit
