Gerald was very good with me. He is excellent person. While i was waiting in the waiting room, I observed the people stood in line for a quite while for the customer service. Need more assistance there.

Corbie was pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable. Estimate/invoice was clear and self explanatory. Only issue was trying to find Michelin rebate form. Once manager explained overt the phone I realized it was my issue not the site’s.

I was very impressed with the speed of the service. My tires were in stock and the old ones were replaced in record time.

I went with my mom to get her tire checked out because it was low. They reported to me nothing was wrong with her tire and they didn’t even charge her for checking it out. We will definitely be back. I appreciate honest and friendly service.
