After an unfortunate blow out, they were able to locate the tires I needed and get them transferred to the store that day. Installation was quicker than I expected. No one want to suddenly replace a set of tires, but they made the process smooth and quick!

This has always been my favorite location, the customer service is always above and beyond and even though there are other locations closer to my house, I always come back here! I really like the friendliness of every person who picks up the phone. Jacob was extremely helpful and professional and I definitely appreciated his feedback when discussing the different options for my vehicle. 100% trust these guys and appreciate their hard work!!!!

I needed my tire fixed and they got it done for me quickly. Pat was very friendly and helpful. They provided a quote for new tires I need to eventually get but we’re not pushy about it.

I had a 9 am appointment and staff honored that appointment. Big O Tires provides quality service when they have sufficient number of mechanics on duty. Sadly, the day of my appointment there was one mechanic on duty who serviced all vehicles single handily. Why was this sad...he was overworked. He did his best and should be commended for a job-well-done. While I was waiting two other customers waited over an hour.One was for an oil change and had an appointment. The other was a walk-in wanting to purchase tires. Purchase was made, however, there was no one available to put the tires on the vehicle. Both the oil change and tire persons waited for more than an hour and could not wait any long. So, they left and took their business elsewhere. Their schedules did not permit them to wait all day. Not all of us are available to leave our vehicles and return later in the day. I will return. And, I am making an appointment for next week to have my vehicle serviced. Hopefully, you will hire quality staff who will report to work and continue providing the quality service that you and your clients expect. I trust your service help and their honesty. But, they can only do so much.

Jacob at the front desk was very nice and personable, even when dealing with my mother lol! I had one tire replaced and my alignment done, the service was very fast! I dropped off at about 1130 and picked up around 130. Will definitely go back when I need to replace the rest of my tires

Ease of scheduling, pricing, customer service , feels like they are being more than fair and not adding on items that are not necessary or I did not ask about. I was only briefly in the lobby so I don’t have an opinion about cleanliness but it appeared clean

I called on Saturday afternoon to see if I could get in for an oil change. They were able to fit me in immediately. The clerk (?) (he was so much more than a clerk but I don’t know his title) was very helpful, I told him I was in the market for tires and he gave me quotes but didn’t push me. I was done and out in 45 minutes.
