prompt and friendly service

I went in for an oil change and asked how long it would take, service tech told me it would be about an hour. He asked me if I was going to wait in the lounge and I told him, Yes., 3 hours later it was finally done. Yet in those 3 hours there was no communication of it having to take longer than expected.

First time going to Midas and the store manager found the problem and let me know what was going on and what he had to do for my vehicle. Thank you so much for finding the problem
