I went on the website to make an appointment for my truck. As the store was closed I received a message stating that I would be contacted with in 30 business minutes to review my appointment request. It has now been 172 business minutes and still nothing

When you make an appointment that should take over anyone there as a walkin. We get there for our appointment and told it would be at least 1 1/2 hours. WTH I made the appointment for that time for a reason. And it's only 11 am to be that far backed up. I
