Lynne is a great communicator. I know what is going on with my repair and once it is diagnosed she calls and tells me what is needed and when it will be completed.

This Midas is a professional shop with a great Service Manager and staff. I called several shop to get my oil change done. As I buy my own synthetic oil to save, this shop was respectful and professional on the phone compared to other facilities I called. When I showed up for my appointment, the paperwork was ready to start the work. Courtesy check was performed per my request and they gave me a good idea on how the car looked. The job was completed and I was on my way quickly.

Katie was great from the phone call to the drop off and pick up of the car. Clearly went over everything and price was half if I would have brought it to the dealership.
