Big O Tires

A few months back I had very bad experiences at 2 other tire stores in Louisville when I tried to replace a flat tire that was beyond repair. I was expecting the same kind of treatment when I went into the BigO store on Lexington Rd, but I was pleasantly surprised to find some truly decent people working there. The gentleman who helped me gave me multiple options to replace my tire at several price points, and didn't try to sell me tires I knew I didn't need! I was grateful and relieved. Last week, my husbands car had a flat due to a screw embedded in the tire. I went back to the same BigO and AGAIN was so impressed with the level of service I received. They were fast, friendly, attentive and will have my loyalty for years to come. I don't usually write these kind of reviews, but these guys were nothing less than awesome and I would recommend them time and again.

As always, friendly people providing great service. We have 6 cars in our family and the all come to the Lexington Road location. Great team there!

Location didn’t have the tire I requested when scheduling my appointment, but they were still able to fit me in and found a tire that was similar to what I requested and only $3 extra. Will definitely be returning when in need of new tires💖

It was easy.

I had a blow out on I 65. Called around and they had my tire. I got there really close to closing but got greeted as if it was morning. The staff took care of me right away. I only needed one tire but they washed the other three also. I own a tire shop and I'm sorry to say it's not as nice as this place. I need to step mine up. The place was fantastic. Thank you guys for getting me on the road so quickly.

Location is convenient and the service personnel are very honest.

What started as a need for an oil change became a need for new brakes. All done efficiently at a reasonable price.

I continue to use Big O because of its convenient location to home and work, but primarily because the service is always quick and professional. I appreciate the proper communication, information and recommendations, and the turnaround time. Prices are fair, too.

I called ahead and the representative was very helpful. When I arrived, all employees were kind. I only waited a short time to have my tire examined and repaired. Fair pricing.
