Came in for a tire rotation & had no idea it was complimentary since I bought tires there. The gentleman did tell me I was 1000 miles beyond my recommended time. I told him I was dealing with a flood & tires were the least of my worries. I promised I wouldn't wait next time. Wonderful service

Repair time was great. Communication and setting expectations was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I was having a problem with my rear brakes and went to Big O without an appointment. They called me back within an hour with a diagnosis and, although it was a significant repair, were able to complete the job before the day was out. I take my car to Big O in St. Matthews for tires, oil changes and brake repairs because they have excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and they can almost always provide same day service even when you don't have an appointment.

The service was excellent, the individual who took my service order was thorough and friendly and the price to repair my tire was reasonable!

I called ahead and the representative was very helpful. When I arrived, all employees were kind. I only waited a short time to have my tire examined and repaired. Fair pricing.

I had a flat tire in the right hand lane of the second street bridge which was scarey enough. AAA changed the tire in that morning traffic! Then I drove to IN to complete my business. I called Big O in St. Matthews for a timeline for a new tire. One half hour. True to their word I was in and out with quality service and a new tire!

Adam did a great job on the check in and out. He also let me know I need new brakes. While not excited about having to replace I am glad they informed me and worked with me to find a date I can drop off the car

The staff was unfailingly polite and responsive. One set of tires I'd bought got an immediate rotation. The other had repairs to the rims and was completed quickly. The service was terrific.

I called to make an appointment and Tom told me that they would have something next Friday. I said that was ok. He then said I could come in today within 15 minutes. I made it and told them about brakes, oil change, and battery. I left and Tom called and said my brakes were fine, just rusty because I do not drive much. The battery needed replacing and he told me the type of battery for my car was pricey. He said he would get one and get it in in 30 minutes.My son dropped me off, car was sitting out ready to go. I appreciate the fact that BigO was honest about the brakes. They could have told me I needed new everything and they didn't. Honesty is a rare thing, but very much appreciated. I will never go anywhere else. High five to this location!!!
