Big O Tires

great convenient location for me. The people know tires and the tire business. Customer service on Steroids.

Pulled into the St. Matthews location a little after 5 PM after getting a warning that my tire was low on air. Turns out I had a large screw/ in the groove of my tread. They were able to plug the tire and I was home by 6.

The process of putting on four new tires and getting an alignment took over two hours, longer than I expected. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with the process, and will return to Big O.

Everything was fine

The employees at Big O saved my life by taking care of one of my tires! Normally, I'd just get air, but I was told to watch my back tire. Sure enough, when I noticed the tire pressure had dropped the next day, Big O found a nail in it, Big O took care of it so I could safely get back on the road without a flat. Superb service. Always!

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. The whole crew works together as a team and are respectful and courteous to each other as well. Very impressive crew.

Customer service was good, and with the time it took, having other customers before me was very good.

Brent and the team at this location are courteous, knowledgeable, truthful and they are more interested in customer satisfaction than making a quick buck. I was about to get ripped off somewhere else and decided to give them a shot and glad I did. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Along with returning there for any future tire related purchases.

My car was toad in due to a flat tire. The people there greeted me, took my car keys and got to work after sending me to the desk. The desk read my papers and said I was covered (road hazard) and asked me to wait a few minutes. Then the people in the back ask me to come with them. They showed me the damage on my tire and said they would order me a new tire. It was Friday and the new tire would not be in till Monday. Monday morning they called and said I could come in at any time. I was again, greeted by everyone. They had some people ahead of me, but it took around 30 minutes and I was free to go home. The employees appear to really like one another and did favors for each other. It seemed like a real nice place to work. Happy employees generally mean happy customers and I am one of them. Thank you!

The service representative I worked with us utterly friendly, calm, accommodating and lovely to work with. I have used Big O a couple of times before and now this is the only place I want to work with. I trust you all. Also I remember during COVID I had a nail in one tire and the Louisville Big O fixed it for no charge. I will never forget that very thoughtful and unexpected gift. Thank you!

Great service on tire rotation and slow leak repair

I always have had a good experience-things are well-explained and I feel rates are reasonable and wait times are approximated and usually quicker than estimated.

Products and services are always reasonably priced. I never feel swindled using big o tires as my go-to tire place.
