All of the people at this location are great to deal with. I have been a customer for many years. I actually live closer to the Jeffersontown location but I know and trust the people at the St. Matthew’s location. Very polite, respectful and professional people.

I walked in upset about my tire & basically right out, happy as can be! The tire took no time for them to fix and I have had no problems since! Highly recommend this location!!

I was concerned about my tires and wondered when it would be time to replace them. Turns out it was today. I was given the option to wait a month or so but didn't. Big O was able to get my tires put on while I waited. They offered a free alignment check. Turns out that needed to be done also. I feel like I got good value for what I had to pay.

I never have a problem recommending BigO and this BigO in particular. They are always ready to help with what we need and what we can afford. Always ready with suggestions and ALWAYS advise about vehicle safety issues. The "pit crew" in the tire garage are AMAZING and friendly and fun to boot. We always feel welcome. The most important thing I mention is that we don't go to BigO just for our vehicles' sake. We keep going back for the safety of our family, and that is the MOST important thing BigO does for us. It's called "Trust".
