I had a wonderful experience here at Big O. They had great prices and I was in and out of there VERY quickly. They did everything I needed and nothing more. They didn't try to con me out of money or anything like many places do. I will definitely recommend this store.

I felt like a customer and appreciated the honesty and integrity in the way my concerns were all addressed. They were not afraid to show me issues that I needed to give future attention to. I felt no pressure to act on those things "today" because they did not need immediate attention for my safety, or my car's needs. Previously because the car was under new car warranty and I had just made it the norm to use a dealer after that I was pleasantly surprised to find an even better level of service at Big O. I will be back.
