Replaced my flat tire very quickly!

This was my first time having to deal with a tire issue and Big O Tires made it relatively painless. If I had known it would take two hours I might’ve left and come back but I also did not ask for a time estimate.

Took the car to have the tire fixed. It had a nail stuck deep inside the tread. They fixed it in no time flat (pun intended) and my husband was on his way. Love "my" Big-O on Lexington Road.

I was permitted to get 4 new tires at a good price. This was good as it happened in front of the store. I have not used another mechanic since I have been to this location.

Bought 4 big o tires about 6 months ago, along with the road hazard. It paid off, brought my car in with the donut on and flat in the trunk. They replaced my whole tire for free since they could not patch it. Even put my spare back in its place in my trunk. Had it done within 30 minutes. Love this store the most out of them all.
