Big O Tires

We stopped in for a tire leak. Their were quite a few people ahead of us. We waited about an hour and a half. It was okay, we were a drop in. They fixed it for free though, which I really appreciate!

I was given good info on the kind of tires I need, and they were sold to me and put on my car efficiently and in a timely manner.

You guys had a large, oddball trailer tire in stock at a fair price. Service was great, guys were friendly, and job was done quickly and well.

He is simply a master at his job, always offering great advice, and always answering questions in a very easy to understand manner.

Great service and product

Fast and efficient service!

I did not have an appointment and just dropped in to have my brakes looked at. I got to Big O about 12 o’clock and asked if I could get my car back by the end of the day. Tom, one of the employees said that he thought I could, but there were three cars in front of me. Tom called me at 4 o’clock to give me an update on the car. He told me to check back at five which I did at that time. My car was ready. Tom checked me in and Mike checked me out. Both were very friendly and efficient. It was a good experience, I’ve always favored Big O and will continue to do so

Waited on as soon as I pulled into parking lot. Told me probably take 45 min to fix and it did
