Number 3 was not answered because a number of employees were out sick and not from a lack of service. The service I received was excellent and will certainly continue my store loyalty. You could have made more money off of me by selling me a new battery, but instead took the time to check it thoroughly and found it to be O.K. That is integrity and greatly appreciated.

The service was excellent and scheduling was easy. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am, but it took all day for service, since they ordered in the wrong parts the first time. Still happy with quality of service and pricing.

#1 was great customer service. Associate was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous & welcoming. #2 great experience. My tires needed to be ordered. I was told they would be in next week. They came in the next day!
