I was in emergency mode needing to get to Lexington asap. When I called the gentleman was very helpful and understanding of my situation told me he would get it done as quick as possible so I could be on my way. Little brightness in the darkness I was enduring. I am also in a cast non-weight bearing and pretty limited mobility from major surgery. Great job in helping out a very concerned grandma get to where she needed to be

From my initial phone call with Rachel, her greeting me as I entered the store and the entire staff’s friendliness. The problem with my vehicle was explained, price was was I was told and when it took a little longer than expected, I was given a free tire rotation. The staff asked myself and my mother who had came along with me if we needed anything a couple of times. It was an overall very pleasant experience. We will be back.
